Process

New technology? I use a proven pattern – whether AI, change or digitalization. Four phases, clearly named, no buzzword bingo.

Exploration, strategy, integration, transformation – I know this pattern from dozens of workshops. In our collaboration I translate it into three steps you can follow at any time. Details on coaching, consulting and AI are under Services.

1. Scoping

Better to ask upfront what you need.

Together we sharpen objectives, constraints and measurable success criteria – honestly, even when the answer is "not yet". This maps to exploration and strategy: Where are you, what is realistic, what has priority?

2. Transformation

Structured delivery with room for real conversation.

Structured implementation with coaching, consulting and AI modules along the target vision. Integration is about the broader workforce: change, resistance and practical usage – not just a pilot group.

3. Embedding

Impact that stays after I leave.

Sustainable integration into routines, decision-making and collaboration in daily work. Transformation means it becomes part of your DNA – not just a closed project. For AI topics I connect this with my AI architecture experience.

Honest expectation-setting

It does not help if we end the day realizing we worked on the wrong topic.

As in my workshops, I start with a check-in: What do you expect, where are you, what should be different at the end? Sometimes the result is that you do not need a big solution right now – and that is a result too. I take the time the topic needs.

"I don't want to hear 'That was not what I was expecting' – we clarify this upfront."
