Systemic coaching for leaders and teams in the middle of development – with the question: what does this actually do for you?
Change off the shelf? Not with me. Every organization ticks differently – so I look closely before I dive in. Then I connect people, structures and AI so that something actually sticks in everyday work. Sounds simple, rarely is.

Practical work at the intersection of people, organization and AI.
Strategic at board level, hands-on in prompting, architecture and tool integration. And yes, I build this myself too.
"AI does the heavy lifting. You keep quality assurance."
— Stephen KunstmannScoping → Transformation → Embedding.
Exploration, strategy, integration, transformation – I know this pattern from many change initiatives. With you, we look at where you are right now. I start with honest scoping – sometimes the result is that you don't need a big solution right now. If it fits, I drive the change with you and embed the results so they stick around even after I'm gone.
I work calmly and in a structured way, always with the whole system in mind. You get a sparring partner who understands human dynamics as well as the AI reality – and who tells you when something doesn't make sense. Where is it stuck for you right now?
